The Automatic Detection Window And Proxy Server Rules

When
you select the Use Proxy Server option, you can select different
proxy server rules for your program. When you click on the
down arrow as shown above, you will see the rotate options.
When you select the rotate option, be aware that Proxy Firewall
will choose the next proxy server in the list for each and
every new connection that your program makes. If you were
using a web browser, each item or link that you click on will
come from a new ip address. This is harmless in most cases
even when filling out online forms seeing that they only look
at your ip address during one part of the signup process.
However, there will be times that you will want to edit your
rule to Single or maybe Single Manual Rotate when visiting
some Internet sites. You can also choose the
Rotate Timer, which will allow you to automatically rotate
by a time interval that you can set.
Rotating While Using Sort Options
When you choose to rotate your connections for one of your
programs, keep in mind that it rotates using the first proxy
in your list and then goes on to the next server in the list.
This means that if all of your ip addresses are in order,
you will be connecting using consecutive ip's. You can randomize
your list and mix up the ip addresses by clicking on the sort
bar at the top of your list as shown below.
If you click on IP it will sort your list by IP's, Ports by
ports and Description by Description.
This will help you to mix up the ip addresses in your list
when you sort by description.
If you sort by Port, it will help you to load balance your
connections. Only one Computer can have one port loaded at
one time. This means that if you sort by port, each connection
will be made to a new proxy computer. If you do not sort by
port, there is a chance that as many as 20 connections will
be made to the same computer as you are rotating. Each connection
can take as along as 5 minutes to time out. When you sort
your list by ports you are not going to run into speed issues,
because you are going from one Computer to the next and giving
the connections a chance to timeout before you reach that
Computer again.
Other options that will allow you to use random proxies would
be to either shuffle
the list or use the Rotate
Randomly check box. You can use the shuffle list option
to shuffle your list into a random order when you right click
inside any list window tab.
Rotate Private
This option will rotate only from your private proxy list.
Rotate Open
This
option will rotate only from your open proxy list.
Rotate Manual
This
option will rotate only from your manual proxy list.
Rotate All
This option will rotate through all of your proxy lists starting
with the first proxy in your first list.
